Those of you who went to the PVFF in Beverley in June will have seen KwameD performing in various venues and sessions around the town. The many favourable comments received about them have prompted Steve (the landlord of the Sun Inn) to book them for a gig next Sunday, 11th August.

So Sunday 11th August 8.30pm, Sun Inn, Beverley, UK.Be there or be a rectangular thing.

I saw KwameD at Beberley, and would certainly reccomend attending their gig if you are in the area. They provide soulful vocals, and rythmic guitar work mixed with exotic percussion to give this duo a sound all of their own.Drawing on the traditions of folk, blues, soul and reggaethey produce a unique blend of music that is sure to have your feet tapping!

I suspect that one of the pubs(possibly the Sun) will be trying to book them to play during next years Beverley festival anyway. So there will another chnace to see them if you can't make it this Sunday.

Did anyone see KwameD at the Cambridge FF? If not, it is much cheaper (free in fact) to see them at the Sun Inn this coming sunday.

I think you have a prima facae case here, jOhn, against Sir Roger for outrageous plagiarism. Your written work is clearly dated, even timed, and Sir Roger published after your work was in the public domain.

Sir Roger may claim his work as original, but my advice is for you to get Michael Mansfield on your books pdq, who should see off anyone other than Cherie Blair 9allegidly).

Garry
