Any Mudcatters near Rawmarsh and fancy catching Outsider can see us on Tuesday 3 September at the Queens Hotel, Kilnhurst Road, Rawmarsh, Rotherham. Also if anyone has good directions from Hull I'd appreciate it!

Hope to see you there.

Carole

Go past Doncaster on the M18 and get off at junction 1. Take the A631 towards Rotherham. Very soon, take the B6093 and follow signs to Ravenfield or Hooton Roberts. When you reach the A630, turn right then soon left on the B6090, probably signposted Kilnhurst. Take the 1st left after crossing a bridge over a railway and canal. This becomes Kilnhurst Road, Rawmarsh. If you come to a major road ahead, you've gone too far.

Hope this helps - have a good gig.
Ray

You poor buggers playing Rawmarsh !! They eat their young there ! Hitler refused to bomb the place on the grounds they had suffered enough. Remember the bullit proof vests and the barbed wire

BanjoRay, thanks for your directions, hopefully we will find the place without any problems.

MC Fat, you know me. Do you really think I can't hold my own! Tell you what, don't answer that!

From the title I thought this thread would have an existential twist. I've not visited Rotherham but I've definitely been an "outsider" in Doncaster. All the best PP.

I can claim a nephew playing for Rotherham United, if that helps...

All directions from Hull are good. It's the ones going to it that I'd avoid.
