Hello all. Does anyone know of any good websites for clip art (drawings that I can reproduce on a pamphlet)? I am particularly interested in drawings of instruments or people playing instruments.

Thanks, Marion

Nothing to add, but I'd like to find such a site myself. Refresh.

We went through this a couple of months ago and alas, there was little or nothing useful on the web. A few links were posted but they led to just a few barely-useful items. I was reduced to scanning on some stuff from some music books, and using photo editing to clean out stuff I did not want. I have just a few done this way, fiddle, banjo, guitar, and a few of them include people. PM me your e-mail if you'd like them via attached e-mail. I virus-scan weekly with latest Norton virucides, and just scanned virus-clean via Norton, so they should be safe to open.

You will find over 800 hundred artists and perhaps what you need at http://www.theispot.com

Perhaps: www.intcon.net/~songbird/index.html could be of help.

While not free, and not online, Dover has tons of great clip art collections for not too much money, I paid $5.95 for a book of 200 or so nautical clips. I would think they have musical stuff as well. In fact I have the catalouge and you can get over 350 music illustrations for $9.95

websit is www.doverpublications.com

the catalouge is great bathroom reading material as well.
