Subject: Banbury Folk 'n Good Music Day From: Adrianl Date: 21 Sep 02 - 03:03 PM Hi. I have been looking at this site for some time and have just become a member. Bromyard for me is the last outdoor camping festival of the year (the mice nesting under my tent were disappointed when I took the tent down!) but I am looking forward to the Banbury Folk 'n Good Music day. I stewarded there last year (and this) and Derek and Mary have put together a super range of guests for all tastes on the Saturday (12 October). The free sessions on the Friday and Sunday were excellent last year as well. Maybe I will meet some of you there. Adrian |

Subject: RE: Banbury Folk 'n Good Music Day From: Leadfingers Date: 29 Sep 02 - 07:38 PM If my niece wasnt getting married on the twelfth.I'd be up for a look round even tho'Derek and Mary havn't booked me this year.Indoor camping is every body in a school hall or similar, with tea/coffee facilities at a sensible price. Go for it,and have a good one. |

Subject: RE: Banbury Folk 'n Good Music Day From: Noreen Date: 11 Oct 02 - 07:11 AM I'm getting the train down this evening with my daughter. Look forward to seeing lots of Mudcatters there, I'll be the one in the Shellback Chorus sweatshirt (or Shellback T-shirt if the sun comes out) so come and say hello. There may be a few other Shellback-types there (a few?!) but we're a friendly bunch so say hello anyway! We only seem to be performing once, so plenty of time for informal singarounds, which we do very well. See you soon! |

Alan PS Glad Col K slept on his own in the corridor but John and Steve did their best in his absence ... |
