Could anyone provide me with information about sheet music /songbook of the song "can you understand" from the group Renaissance ? I do have the lyrics and the guitar chords but would want the whole lot to be able to play the magic intro on the piano .... Appreciate any advice ... Thank you Dagmar |

It does list a songbook published by Warner Bros, but the list of songs, does not include the title of the one you refer to. Do you have the composer credits? That might help. I did see them perform once, in the early days, when Keith Relf, (yes he who sang with the Yardbirds), was the singer. They used to have a problem gigging then as many venues just could not provide a quality piano. It was rather essential for their music and I remember a show being cancelled for that reason. The band had turned up but could not perform as the piano was crap. Sorry I can not be of much help |
