I think they're picking on him because he's Italian. I bet Mark Fuhrman planted the evidence. I hope he gets off on some goofy 9th Circuit Court technicality that didn't exist a year ago. Then he and Winona Ryder can go shopping together.

'Twould be a shame for anyone to spend his last Christmas on earth in a prison. But I suspect he's lucky that's the worst that will happen to him.

It is highly unlikely that he didn;t murder his wife. His best defense so far is that someone shot her while he went back into the restauraunt to get his gun (that accidentally fell out of his pocket while he was in there). Now that makes a good alibi, doesn't it? All the stories about his behaviour and their lifestyle also make the accusation of his murder look plausible as well. If it looks like shrimp, smells like shrimp and tastes like shrimp - it probably is shrimp. BUT; that's why we have jury trials ... to see if all the facts can be presented in a lawful and fair fashion, and see if the jury still believes it's shrimp.

In the case of OJ, I think the jury thought it might be shrimp but didn;t care because they were so pissed off at the fisherman who caught the shrimp!

As of this morning's paper: OJ, down at USC palling around with the coaches and players. To them, he's a great guy. Murdering his wife and a local waiter doesn't seem to matter one bit. Hmmmmmm.

The idiots lined the highways and overpasses as OJ and friend avoided police. They didn't care what he did, the fact that he might be big enough to avoid the constraints of the law made him a hero. Flaunt police, spit in the eye of social regulation, give Lady Justice the bird ... OJ the hero; the brave man who slashed his wife and friend to death because he was pissed off ... and he's rich enough and celebrity enough to be above the law!

It ain;t gunna work for Bobby Blake. He was never the hero that OJ was. OJ was truly a superb running back. A gifted and well developed athlete ... he was also obviously a spoiled, undisciplined and amoral human being. Selfish, self centered to the core. The as*holes who still support him or even associate with him for any reason are similarly cursed.

Well, according to the 'net' those 'assholes' who line up for months to play golf with him are the bigshots and CEOs of the top companies in America. Now here's the thing....they know he killed the two people, so why the supposed friendship? Is it simply a 'novelty' thing? I guess when you're very rich, you get bored easily. Personally, I think it must be a very creepy feeling being in the same room with him.

Now, Blake......the more details you read about Bobby, his 'girlfriend/wife' her friends, their lifestyle.....hooooo boy, If you ever think that 'wealth brings intelligence' don't bother.

You know, I find it appalling and hard to believe that the idiots around DC actually went out with picnic baskets in Sunday dress to watch the first battle of Bull Run (Mannassas to all you folks south of the Mason Dixon line). The idiots ended up running for their lives when the Yankees got routed - and increasing the panic and retreat chaos.

I would add to your list folks who go to the beach to watch Tidal Waves. My brother lived in an apartment a block from the beach in one of those ritzy California LA coastal towns. His roommate was a guy whose sister was some famous actor's girlfriend. I never learned more about the guy, just this idiotic Hollywood "credential." Anyway, there was some heavy weather out there and I called my brother to see if he was going to evacuate. The roommate answered the phone. I asked if they were planning to get out. He said no, he wasn't worried, "We live on the third floor."

I asked him what he'd do if the first and second floor suddenly went away? Duh. It's pretty scary, what people don't think about.

Perhaps, when the DNA expert stated that there were 84,000 other matches in the US, the jury felt that the blood evidence was not "beyond a reasonable doubt"... besides the absolute stupidity of the police in their handling of the eveidence.
