Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Cheesecake From: Jim Dixon Date: 23 Feb 03 - 09:10 PM According to The Louis Armstrong Discography, "Cheesecake" (or "Cheese Cake"), written by Irving Fields and Louis Armstrong, was recorded by Louis Armstrong and the All Stars in April 1966. It was released on an LP called simply "Louis" (Mercury SG 61081) - but has not yet been released on a CD. I was unable to find lyrics, even by searching for some of the phrases supplied by Gypsy. |
