I used to tell folks that I am a nurse because I can't feed my family on an average of 37 dollars a year in tips. I've recently moved up into the 400-500 dollar range, (yearly, that is). Even with this dramatic increase in wages, most of my creditors seem to prefer monthly payments, not yearly based on my income. Catch 22. Thanks, and keep playing for folks. You'll be surprised where it leads. We ended up playing for a couples 50'th wedding anniversery party, in a classy restaraunt because they liked what we played at "Art in the Park", in our town of <1000 people. BlueJay |

At the Moose Lodge, I even had 3 of them trying to learn to jig.....drunk........interesting. At least nobody threw anything at me! |

I hit the street with my 2row.Id been playing about an hour, when this very attractive young lady crosses the street in front of me ,all the while flashing me a great smile as she walks up the street . about 15min later she is passing me again with coffee in one hand and a dollar in the other . She puts the dollar in my case ,again flashes me with her wonderfull smile and starts to cross ,back from where she had come .When suddenly she stops comes back to where I am sitting ,puts one arm around my shoulder and gives this 78yr old busker, a kiss on the check and said thank you.
