I remember another version that I heard from my roommate in college a half-century ago. He sung it to She'll Be Comin' 'Round the Mountain and I'm pretty sure these were his lyrics. I don't think anybody has mentioned this one:

I was playing with my one eyed trouser worm, when I shot a wad, it blew up in the air, I should have aimed it better, it hit my Irish setter, while my mom was combing out his hair

Well I was desperate and I only had five bucks. So the wh@#e I bought was ugly,fat and old, I wouldn't have been willin without some penicillin but luckily her twat was full of mold
