The fever now none can assuage--

Such things me greatly do enrage;

For, by the ruins of Thermopylae!

It is a ruse of "the Monopoly"!

[it's a great rhyme, isn't it? -- the song is about the famous "Fraser River humbug", the mad rush north in 1858]. Any info will be appreciated.]
