Two more sleeps 'til Bill comes to entertain on Saltspring. He'll be here Sunday Oct 19th,7:00 pm at the Lion's Hall. Anyone in the general area is encouraged to come out for a great evening of stories and song.
My daughter Lindsay, an "up and coming" singer/songerwriter, will be opening for Bill.
We've organized a great silent auction and raffle (with help from our Mudcat friends) with the proceeds to go to the BC Fire Relief Fund.
I'll post a review here on Monday!

Bill passed through our area (Illinois) on his way West about two weeks ago. He put on his usual fine show. If you get the chance, ask him to do "10 Ton Molly". It is a great recitation that will wow your audience! Tell him "hello" from Cape Girardeau, MO.

Be sure to put out some protection for the carpet. Rubber sheets might work.
