As an added bonus...who did it? when?

I heard it the other eve at a session and I feel the need to add it to my repertoire.

It was, apparantly, written by Joe Thrift of the Red Hots for a white faced cow.

And from memory there's a different tune 'White Face Reel' to confuse. That one of Joe's is the winner though I think. An excellent tune which I heard from Rob Mangum's band at the Old Farmers Ball (at Warren Wilson college, NC) last year. Certainly on my list to learn!
