Well, maybe it's a wee bit early to begin thinking about a November festival, but for those who like to plan way ahead, here is the bare bones info on this year's NOMAD Festival.

NOMAD will take place on the weekend of November 6-7, 2004 again in New Haven, Connecticut. We are moving the location again, for what we promise will be the last time. This year NOMAD will take place at Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven, across town from last year's venue.

Wilbur Cross is our dream facility. We have had our eye on it for a number of years but, due to construction and other concerns, it has previously been unavailable. It is a modern, bright, spacious building with TWO large gyms for dancing (last year we only had one), a superb auditorium, a Chorus Room and lots of other excellent rooms for concerts and music workshops, a huge cafeteria for dining, socializing and jamming, and a bright, airy open area for our folk bazaar. It is also very accessible, being only a mile or so from an I-91 exit.

Stay tuned. We'll post more info over the summer as NOMAD 2004 (our 17th year!) takes shape.

Regards,
John
