Subject: A song in gratitude for Mudcatters From: GUEST,Kristine Robin Date: 18 May 04 - 06:17 PM Dear Mudcatters, Over the years, Mudcat has kept me company in the wee hours when sleep was fleeting. Last year many of you gave me priceless help in obtaining vital information for two songs that I was recording, "The Quiet Lands of Erin" and "Seacht nDolas na Maighdine Muire." I have since finished the CD, "Everchanging Tides," and it has been released. As a way of saying Thank You for the help and support everyone here gives, I want to offer a completed song from my album to everyone. So, here is a link to a page where you can play it and/or download and share it. For those of you who don't have a high-speed connection, or have problems downloading, you will find an email address where you can let me know and I'll just send it to you on a disk. You may need to copy this and paste it in your browser… http://www.kristinerobin.com/thankyou/mudcat/mudcat.html Thanks again for sharing your stories and information, and especially those of you who maintain this site for all of us. The Mudcat Cafe is a fantastic place and a wonderful resource! Sincerely, Kristine Robin |
