Thanks, Justa. I remember reading, some years back, that Claud was persuing his claim but I didn't know how it was resolved. I just assumed Claud was screwed by the system just like everyone else.

This kind of reminds me of James Carter who was compensated for the recording of Po' Lazarus made while he was a prisoner and used in the film Oh Brother Where Art Thou?.
