Dear Mudcat meisters, When Mudcat suffered a stroke a couple of weeks ago, I seemed to have lost my (not really all that terribly) Personal Page. Wonder if you could set me up again please. Thanks. Sorry to enthread this but I don't now how to contact you otherwise. Please delete when the muddy work is done. All the best, Dan Milner

Hi, Dan, try the "reset cookie" link on the top of the "Forum Home" page. If that doesn't work, Max will have to fix it for you.

Hi Joe! I tried cookie resetting without any luck. I then tried to join again and I got...

Error Diagnostic Information ODBC Error Code = 37000 (Syntax error or access violation)

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver] Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'Members.MemberID ='.

Date/Time: 10/17/98 19:39:18 Browser: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98) Remote Address: 209.156.89.237 HTTP Referer: http://www.mudcat.org/member/EntryForm.cfm Template: D:\WEBSERVER\MUD\MEMBER\..\COOKIEFILL.CFM

Sounds like Greek to me and, unfortunately, I only had Latin. Appreciate your further help. Thanks.

All the best, Dan

Hi, Dan - I didn't see your name on either e-mail list, so maybe your registration got lost in the crash. I checked under both Dan Milner and Liam's Brother, and found nothing. Time to call in the Big Guns - I e-mailed your message over to Max. Might be an idea to post your e-mail address here in this thread so Max will know how to find you. In the meantime, try the cookie reset or re-registration a couple of times. If you'd rather not post your e-mail address publicly, click on my name and e-mail it to me.
You might want to try some of the features on the top of the new Mudcat Help and Trouble Home Page (no, that's not some new kind of blues).

Here's a hint from Good Old Max:
Please go to: http://www.mudcat.org/member/deletecookie.cfm then rejoin the mudcat from scratch. Your membership was lost in the crash, and apparently your cookie now matches up to sombody elses.

Let me know if you need any further help.
