Pistachio and myself will be propping up the bear tent - along with the fragant maggie and her beau Les from Hull. Any joiner inners?

The Johnson Girls and Dan Milner & Bob Conroy will be arriving from NYC on July 23. Please stop by one of our spots and say hello.

All the best,
Dan

Be good to hear the Johnson Girl's and yourself again Dan. I have very fond memories of The Johnson Girls singing in the back garden of the Bowling Green pub on the last night a couple of years back.

I'm very tempted to come to Warwick this year ... It's a great line up.

But I could do what I usually do .....go to the Durham Folk Party .. It's closer (no long journeys) cheaper and lots of fun (very informal).

I guess I'll have to wait for the weather forecast then make my decision.

We'll have the stall in the bar as per usual - open during opening hours.

There will be a Mudcat sheet there for anyone wishing to sign in. We got a rare crop of signatures last year.

I agree it's a good line up this year, but you would expect that for a 25th anniversary, theyv'e had some practise!

I'll be there with White Tiger - in fact arriving on Thursday night by special permission, as we will be seeing Macbeth at Stratford earlier that evening. So if you had the whole field to choose from, where would you pitch your tent?

Pitch where you can get some shade .... unless you like sleeping in an oven. If its hot at Warwick the middle of the field can be unbearable.

I shall be going with Sheffield City Morris. Catch us on the streets somewhere.

Anyone looking to save money can take a look at the website, order the books by email and get them delivered.

Nigel -I am not that intelligent to make the link although since I am from Coventry I should have remmebered the bear and ragged staff. Actually it was more Kingston upon Hulleese. (See John from Hull and endless threads) Sems a really good line up this year and I beleive Loose Chippings are back - hoorah!

But... maybe with a big version of the badge it should be "The Bear Tent"

Barring unforseen disasters I'll be there, dancing with Hexham Morris Men. Beware of elderly hooligans in grey top hats, white trousers and shirts, blue waistcoats and baldricks - probably dancing Cotswold, though if the moon is full we might do a spot of Border as well( in which case, watch out for blue tatter-coats and black bowlers).

Wassail!

We have not missed one in 19 years & the kids kown how old they are by how many "Warwicks" they have been to!
Warwick shares top place for us with Chippenham.
Need I say more?

Regards Skipy - But you won't see a Mudcat badge with "Skipy" on it, there is a reason that?

I might have some "blanks" for hand written names though.
