I am looking for the lyrics to "Germany" an Irish trad song which includes the words "My love's in Germany, send him home, send him home. It was recorded by "Four to the Bar" but the words are slurred on the live recording and I can not make our a lot of them. Thanks for your help. email : [e-mail]

In Graham's 'Songs of Scotland', I, p. 28. It's by Hector McNeill, c 1794, and is to the tune "Ye Jacobites by Name".

My house got burglarized yesterday, and the only thing that was taken was my copy of Graham's "Songs of Scotland." My next-door neighbor's copy was stolen, too; and I don't know anyone else in the neighborhood well enough to impose on them to borrow a copy. The libraries in California have had pitiful funding since Proposition 13 passed, so there isn't a library in the state that has a copy of the book, since all their copies were taken in burglaries, too. Could somebody please post the lyrics for Yvonne? Thank you so much.
