I received a reply to my reqest for lyrics to Wild Mountain Thyme which mentioned that the original Scottish poem on which the song was based had been posted in the forum sometime ago. Is the poster still out there and listening? Does anybody else know the poem? Thanks a lot.

It's not a poem but a song by Robert Tannahill. Search for the old thread for more information.
