My first visit to Louth Folk Club and not as a performer. A smallish room in a nice pub and a lovely atmosphere. Very welcoming people and a good nights entertainment..Will certainly go again and may perform there but the standard of performance is really good so I may well be overshadowed. Good to see Jane Kitchen and Ernie Geddes there with their rare talent and two thirds of Parcel of Rogues.
On the whole a great night and well worth the 75 mile round trip.

Really nice venue and people immediate and warm; would certainly go again. Thank you for nice comment Mike. Will be going to Gy. at the Spiders Web, Carr Lane on Sept. 12th. It's an age when last attended Grimsby. Away now to Dublin for a week and hopefully.... Cork Folk Festival!

Glad all who attended enjoyed it. Unfortunately I missed it but will be there on the 14th of September.
