Subject: RE: Shirley Collins on the BBC From: GUEST,Hootenanny Date: 29 Oct 04 - 02:57 PM Yes.A Five CD box set on Atlantic "Sounds of the South" and on several CD's on the Rounder Label "Southern Journey Series". The material was originally on about 6 vinyl albums on the Atlantic label and possibly 10 ? on the Prestige label. Lomax did a series of programmes for the BBC using this material (some of it) back around 1961/62 Good listening. |
