Are there any Mudcatters going to the Festival of Village Carols in Grenoside this weekend?

I understand it sold out faster than Glastonbury (!!) though in fairness there are slightly less tickets for sale. So if you haven't got a ticket then it is a bit late. Currently the website is not working but typing "Village Carols" into Google gets you there.

I shall have a bookstall with a number of carol items for sale and will also be almost certainly be working the door on Saturday morning and evening.

And in between going to SUFC versus Wolves.

Dave

I'll be there Dave (if I can get my car fixed in time after an incident involving a vandal, a screwdriver and my fuel tank last night!)

I was lucky this time in the ticket lottery as well, and I've heard of people who posted their applications at the same time as mine or earlier who missed out due to postal delivery delays. Anyway I enjoyed it immensely last time, so I'm looking forward to this weekend with maybe a return visit to Stannington or Dungworth on the Sunday.

Matthew

We can't make it this year, sadly. We will be out with the Padstow Carollers from the 1st sunday in December and they still talk about what an experience it was when we brought our carols to Sheffield in the Millennium year - we have the video! Anyone who hasn't been really should apply for their tickets really early so as not to mis an amzing event.
