Mudcatters Melani, BillR, and Skip Henderson appeared on CBS News's "The Early Show" this morning at 8:30, singing a couple of sea songs while on Hyde Street Pier, near the square-rigger Balclutha. The brief segment was taped last week. Unfortunately, the date of it's airing got to me too late to post here beforehand. Anyone see it?

Oh, crap! Wish I'd known!

The sad thing is, I was all set to videotape The Early Show on Dec. 1O because of someone else who was originally scheduled to be interviewed and performing on the show that day. At the last minute (since I'm on the west coast) I found out that segment was not televised on Friday but postponed to a later date. So I neither watched nor taped the show.

Dayum! :(

I missed it, too. CBS was to let the park know when it was to be aired, as I had organized the singers. The person in charge of producing the segment only found out herself by an email from the higher-ups the night before. I came to work that morning at 8:45 to find a message, with apologies, left at 10pm the night before.
