Subject: Burnley Folk Club, Lancashire From: Gin Crewe Date: 22 Jan 05 - 09:50 PM Burnley Folk Club, Lancashire, is moving again. From Wednesday 2nd February it should take place in Burnley Miners' Club, Plumb Lane, Burnley. This is the third home for the club in six weeks, so we're hoping it's permanent. For those not in the know but in the area, it is a "session" club (*non-smoking) welcoming singers and instrumentalists ( and audience!), and often turns into a jam session, starting at 8.30ish or so. |
