Subject: Lyr Req: Suzannah was a mighty fine ham From: GUEST,Mrr Date: 03 Feb 05 - 08:32 AM Heard 2 women sing a verse of this on Prairie Home Companion, but they'd been brought in to sing opera, so they went and sang opera, while I would really have preferred that they sing the rest of this great-sounding song. Anybody know it? I can find that it exists on the Internet but not the lyrics, nor is it in the Trad or forum already. Thanks, snort grunt snort snort! |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Suzannah was a mighty fine ham From: The Fooles Troupe Date: 03 Feb 05 - 09:02 AM I was taught to sing "Suzannah was a dirty old man"... which probably here on "dirty old man" did not turn up anything useful. |
