Norwich International Music and Dance Festival this weekend will feature two nyckelharpa workshops with Niklas Roswall.

We hope to have at least five UK nyckelharpa players there and I think we might also be doing a spot at the Saturday lunchtime concert. There are workshops for hurdy gurdies, melodians, bodhran players and fiddlers plus much more.

Next up will be the 2005 Scandinavian Festival based at Horton-in Ribblesdale Youth Hostel over May Day Bank Holiday weekend - lots of workshops in a variety of instruments and dancing for beginners and advanced alike. More info on this is available from Yorkshire Dales Workshops.
