The recent thread on Black Gospel music having Celtic roots reminded me of an Italian pianist who toured Northern ireland in the 80's who had a theory that Jazz and Blues had a strong Celtic/Gaelic ellement to their roots.

Anyone know if he ever did any recordings, and what the correct way to spell his name is?

I know the proper spelling is Antonio Breski. I am not aware of any recordings though. Susu
