The Cookley Traditional Folk Club meets on the third Tuesday in the month, i.e. 17th May, at the Eagle & Spur, Cookley, Kidderminster starting at 8:30.

This is only our second month of running the club, but the opening night was great. Please come and support us if you're within travelling distance. Thew club is very informal and there is no charge, not even a raffle.

The Eagle has good beer and good managers.

Young Banker (with my first wife, Abuwood (my second wife) and Steve her husband)

Great venue & great people.....just a pity we are so far away. Hope to visit when we can. All the best with your new club.

Carole & Andrew x

It was good; good mix of songs and tunes and a good variety of material within each.

Beer was of slightly variable quality IMHO but it's a good room fr the gig.

Well worth a look if you are in the Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Telford kind of area

Thanks to everyone who came, I really enjoyed it too.
Carole/ Rosie... B&B always available when you have holiday free!
Next ones 21st June, 19th July, 16th August.
Sorry about the beer Robbie, I will have to take Steve to the Eagle more regularly so that the turnover improves and it stays fresh!
