Programmes for Sidmouth Folk Week 2005 are due out very shortly now. So are the tickets. This thread is for positive comments and queries about either of the above.

Please can we strive to ensure that this thread be kept only for this subject and nothing else.

Thanking you in anticipation of an enjoyable and positive thread.

The start was 51 years ago.

The big finished last year.

Sam

It seems that some people have had personal e-mails saying things along the lines that you mention.

I thought I had my name on the database but have not heard anything direct. Do you think I should add my name again via the website or should I be a bit more patient?

Dave Earl

Dave

The programmes started going out yesterday, so it is probably a good idea to wait for a few days. If nothing happens after that then it might be a good idea to enquire about it via the website.

My only visit in to this thread. Promise! ;0)

I already have my programme and it's great! 30 pages full of information.

But I just wanted to tell you that in this week's Sidmouth Evening Herald it states that tickets will now be available from The Sidmouth Tourist Information Centre from June 1st.

Their telephone number is: 01395 578627. Their address is: Tourist Information Centre, Ham Lane, Sidmouth EX10 8XR

Obviously details of all tickets are in the programme too. Also, inside the programme on the first page, is a 'Welcome' from Tony Reed, Sidmouth Town Councillor, and I'll just quote the last part where he says "We all wish this enterprise well, as the prospect of Sidmouth without its' Folk Festival is not an option."

Happy Sidmouth Everyone!

Lizzie :0)
