They are no longer at The Turks Head and to quote Phil:

"As from this friday (June 3rd) we will be at the Globe, corner of Blews St and Manchester St B6 4NH. The pub is only 5 minutes walk from our last venue and has a good upstairs club room that we will be using. We will not be cancelling any of our guests, and still have some tickets left for the Sultans of Squeeze ( John Kirkpatrick & Chris Parkinson) on 10th June."

Good Luck in the new venue guys, we'll miss the artwork, but I'm sure you'll remain the best club in the Midlands.

We wish the excellent Black Diamond Folk Club great success in their new venue. With so many superb resident singers and musicians, dedicated and hardworking organisers and an unblemished 40 year history, it can only go from strength to strength.

I lived in Birmingham less than 40 years ago, but I don't remember it. Where did it used to be, say 25 years ago?
