On his Loafer's Glory program #4, Utah Phillips played a song called "Jesus Doesn't Collect No Tax". He attributes it to the Providence RI Folk Support Group,who he says gave him a cd with that and other songs on it.   I'd like to know who wrote the song and who performed it. I imagine they are the same person.

I've already done a fiar amount of searching on this, leaving Mudcat as a last resort. I always appreciate learning of new places (sites) to search.
