Yes we have another FREEEEEEEE gig at our regular Summer Spot at the bandstand in West Ham Park Upton Lane London E7 9PU
on

Sunday 24th July

Come and be entertained for free on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

The Flying Chaucers will be playing on the bandstand between 3pm and 5pm with their usual lively Euro-Celtic mix!

It was good at The Oval Tavern we had a pretty full pub and hope to return again. We even sold a couple of CDs!!!! ....and they were ours!

Not sure how this Sunday we will be. We at least are under the cover of the bandstand but the weather forecast is not so good...ah the delights of the British summer!

Just in case anyone is interested......you missed a good one!!!!

We thought we would just be paid off cos of the torrential rain when we arrived. Then at 2.45pm the sun came out and we put up the PA in record time for a 3pm start. We had quite a crowd and by the end at 5pm people were dancing and clapping along to the music. Really good fun and we even sold a few CDs! Then an evening sail home on ye olde Woolwich Ferry. All in all an excellent afternoon.....and the rain???? what rain?????
