I couldn't find a complete mp3 file of this, only a couple of short excerpts, from which I transcribed this.

Hi, I've figured out the song on the piano (https://soundcloud.com/sauldevlin/me-and-my-goose) and these seem to be the chords for the song (with passing notes to make the melody) yet this is the simple version of the song. Try it out on the guitar, it should work fine.
