8th Sept: great wheelchair-bound slide guitarist Tom Doughty talks about his new album.
15th Sept celebrates B.B. King's 80th birthday.
29th has the second half of John Pearson's studio set.
I note the great Fred McDowell disciple, R.L. Burnside has joined the House of Blues in the sky, no doubt a tribute will also be forthcoming.
All on BBC Radio 2 on airwaves and internet.
My work here is done, I can go off to Greece on the 9th feeling smug. (*BG*)
