I respectfully request that "Public Help Question" be returned as a possible heading for a new post.

Hi, Leeneia - it was deleted because nobody knew what it meant. Some people thoght it was to tech help, some for music help, some for emergency psychiatric aid. So, until we figure out what it's supposed to mean, it's not likely to return.
However, if you really like the tag, you can type it in yourself.

It's not particularly important, Sir John. You know how a person posting a new thread can click on headings such as "Lyrics Request" or "Technical." Once there was a heading of "Public Help Question."
But if Joe says it didn't work out, then that's okay.

People don't seem to understand that the default thread tag is blank, and they don't have to choose a tag if none of our regular tags apply. You can make up your own tag, or have none. If it turns out to be a non-music thread, we'll move it to the non-music section.
