Where can we find singing sessions in Mid and Northern California between 6th and 19th November? We sing folk and traditional Irish and Scottish songs.

We can probably help you but first you need to define "Mid and Northern California". What cities or at least what counties?

California:

I'm in Santa Rosa (an hour north of SF) and there are several sessions around here. This is beautiful Sonoma County -- wine country.

Black Rose Irish Pub, Santa Rosa, has the following: (all at 8 pm)
International Session 1st Wednesday of the month
Celtic slow session, 2nd Wed, with singing
Celtic fast session, 3rd Wed (that's tonight), some singing
Bluegrass/Old Time session, 4th Wed

Coffee Catz coffeehouse, Sebastopol, has sessions every Saturday at 2 pm. They rotate between, bluegrass, swing, and other styles. Not sure of the exact schedule.

In Cotati there's a Celtic session the second Sunday of every month (next one Nov. 13; I'll be out of town but could let you know time and location).

in chico, which is a couple of hours north of sacramento,
there is a singer's and picker's circle on the first saturday
of the month at the Upper Crust Bakery and coffee house
from 2-5 in the afternoon, and there is an open mike at
Has Beens every thursday night.

there is an irish session at Duffy's every friday night
early in the eve like from 4-7 or so...(5-8)

We land in San Francisco and apart from being in Dunsmuir the weekend of 11, 12, 13 th November we are free to travel. We know it's big, very BIG, we've been a few times before but we couldn't find a lot of music. We hope to see some of you this time.

There is an Irish session at the Starry Plough Pub in Berkeley every Sunday night starting at 8 p.m., both singing and instrumental.

We are Marilyn Framrose and Ian Dunsmuir and we're going to Dunsmuir to do a fund raising concert - to raise money for the Dunsmuir Fountain which needs renovating. We did this a couple of years ago - so this is a repeat. Ian is Scottish, I'm Irish and we live in the North of England.
