Sam Henry's first Songs of the People newspaper column was printed in the Northern Constitution,
Coleraine, Northern Ireland on 11/17/1923. It continued until 1939.

        It's in my native country, old Ireland, I do dwell,
        Some days I spent in pleasure, far more than tongue can tell,
        Till fate, that fickle mystery, my course pursued me still,
        Which parted me from sweet Dunmull, that beautiful verdant hill.

                "The Flower of Sweet Dunmull," Sam Henry's Songs of the People;
                Gale Huntington, Lani Herrmann, with John Moulden
