Hello

A month ago I bought an acoustic guitar with a E5 Elect. Fishman Premium, and I have few idea of playing plugged.
Would it be possible to sound like Arty? Can anybody help me with bass, treble, etc?

I know it is a difficult question, but maybe some guitar player....
Thanks in advance

Well Guest,

If you were to spend the untold number of hours it would take so that you could copy every move Arty made on his recordings, you still wouldn't sound like he does. Every guitarist has his or her own style, attack and tone.

Take a listen to David Grismann playing many different mandolins on his Tone Poems recordings. His trademark, magnificent, dark tone is obvious on each instrument.

Why not try to sound like yourself? That way, you won't be a copy of anybody. You'll be an original.

"How to sound like Arty McGlynn?"

Shouldn't the question be "Why sound like Arty McGlynn"?
