Subject: Cloudstreet are back in the UK - 'ray! From: George Papavgeris Date: 13 May 06 - 08:02 AM The Aussie songbirds John and Nicole have hit Albion's shores once more, and last night were wowing them at a packed Warwick folk club. With loads of new material (inlcuding the "manly" tearjerker Scots of the Riverina", my personal favourite), a new album to go with it (nah-nah-na-nah-nah, I got my copy first) and a chokka giglist for a limited 3 months this time (I think they just came for the Aussie winter). Don't miss them. |
