Subject: Info On VIBRA Mandolin
From: HiHo_Silver

Hi: I have a "Vibra" F Style Mandolin in the shop for major repairs.
No tags or serial #. Just Vibra on the Headstock. Appears to be solid spruce top with maple back and sides. Gold Hardware with a fern inlay on headstock. Golden Brown sunburst finish. I am guessing it was made in Japan. Lady who owns it claims it to be 80 years old or more. My guess would be possibly 30 to 50 years at most. Any info appreciated. Thanks:

the Mandolin Cafe might be the best place to get info. I suspect you are more likely to get an answer there.

Please come back and let us know what you find out.

I have a ~1900 SS Stewart mandolin. It was my grandfather's.
