Subject: RE: Tune Req: Sweet LIttle Fat Girl (Harvey Andrews) From: GUEST,Big Al Whittle Date: 10 Nov 12 - 06:08 AM Dunno where you live, but I used to play with a guy who did a cracking version of that song. Name of Mike Blair, he runs a music instruments shop in Ampthill, Beds. In those far off days we used to hang round the Brum folkscene. However he was on to the celtic thing a long time before me - did long stretches with Drowsy maggie - a Brum Irish group. Bedroom Acoustic Music (01525) 404304 - 102-104 Dunstable Street, Ampthill, MK45 2JP Bedford Even thirty years ago he had some very clever accompaniment together for that one. I'm sure Mike would help. |
