Sue might not be able to dance this year - leg in plaster till mid february ~ depends how physio goes but up for playing in a scratch band.......

ps. have asked that the Mudgather starts after the concerts this year (2007), unlike last year (2006), so that people can get along without it interfering with their pleasure.....

John Lee rang me last night because he's putting the programme together, and wanted to know if Derek and I would like to sing at a concert on the Saturday afternoon - concert from 3-4.30 will also involve John Morris and Shellbacks, so should be a good sing, and will hopefully leave time to get to Mudgather afterwards.

.... and I'll be there with 'Herbaceous Border' so Lucy (and anyone else) bring your dancing shoes or come and play for us. Not sure about the time yet. Last year we danced mid/late afternoon on the Sat and lunchtime on Sun.

Herewith notification of another MudGather at Crediton Folk Weekend at about tea-time on Saturday 17th March! Fantastic!

Where is it? Here's a Map! (you might need to zoom out....)

Some fantastic people booked for the concerts including our own Catters: George Papavgeris, Dame Patti Smith EPNS & Splott Man, Buddug (Ok, do you know who she is?), Mr & Mrs Scarecrow and Herga Kitty. Oh, and I'll be running the MudGather!

Last year we had a MudRaffle and Catters kindly brought prizes with proceeds going towards the Folk Weekend. We also had Chocolate, and a good sing too! Here's last year's chat!

So, who's going?????
