Just found this site and looked at what was up for Malvina, in terms of lyrics. The two I *always* seem to be wanting the words for are God Bless the Grass and They've Got the World in Their Pocket, but I wish there was a good place to go on the web and find lyrics for lots of her songs!!

Does anyone know the current status of her albums -- is anything due to come out on CD ever? Are there videos of her available anywhere? Is it possible that this magnificent songwriter is being forgotten?

Give me a bit of time and I'll find it. I just have to locate her songbooks.
Her daughter, Nancy Schimmel, still runs Schroeder Music out of the Parker Street house, I believe. I think it's 2020 Parker St., Berkeley CA. I'll check that when I find the music books and post again.

I found this in The Malvina Reynolds Songbook (2nd enlarged edition, 1974, Schroder Music Company, page 102). It's different from Barbara's transcription in a few places - just punctuation and one word.
