That looks like an extensively modified version of the Irish reel "The Unfortunate Cup of Tea". MIDItext never gives an ABC that I can read into my ABC2WIN without modifications. The default note in the ABC above is obviously 1/8, but it prints as 1/4 unless I put L:1/8 into it, then I have to put in spaces to make the ties reasonable.
