It was written by Les Barker and I can remember bits of it:

On a weekend pass, I wouldn't have had chance
To order the wedding breakfast in advance
So I went to the chaplain
And he authorised me
To send for some Hollands Meat Pies

Those Hollands Meat Pies were coming to us
With my future bride on a 92 bus
In an hour or two I whould whisper I do
With a gob full of Hollands Meat Pies

etc

Cheers
Mark

This was done on vinyl by Bob Williamson, it may pre-date Les Barker, as I think Bob may have written it himself

the chorus goes (I think)

My Hollnads meat pies where coming to me
from out of the sky on flight 12 03
in an hour or two I would whisper I do
to my beautiful Hollands meat pies

Yes, it was certainly recorded by Bob as you say, but whether that pre-dates Les I'm not so sure.

Anyway, it's on Bob's CD (a compilation from his 1970s albums) and there's an mp3 of it on his website here

It's in the book Mrs Ack Royds Again and is by Les Barker.

Bob also recorded 'Kippers for Tea' which is another early Les.

Holland's meat pies dates from circa late 1970's as the rest of the book has references to Eddie Waring, Edward Heath, Mrs Whitehouse and Lord Snooty in the Beano.

Kippers for Tea isn't on the CD but Bob has kindly made it available as an MP3 on his website (see the link I gave above).

If you go to Les' site Mrs Ackroyd Enterprises, click on books, you'll find the complete bibliography along with information on who has recorded it.

You may or may not need to know that Holland's factory in Baxenden near Accrington is under threat due to a takeover or something like that. Unthinkable!
