It always seems to happen to me when I'm typing something particularly profound. When I'm really on top of things, I remember to type my stuff on a word processor, spellcheck so I don't look foolish, and copy-paste into Mudcat. Then, if the message gets lost, it's no big deal. There must be a dozen threads with different titles and fishy titles at that: I'm not opening a single one of them as I suspect someone has spammed Mudcat. I would not even know the technique for doing this should there be a way to post all dozen threads simultaneously, somebody knows more than I do in more respects than one. So that killing 8,000 people in revenge for the killing of 1,400 people is bringing revenge to extremity. If you think a science thread has disappeared it was more likely merged with something else. In which case, do a search on your posts and follow the one you think is right and find out what thread it is in now. Max doesn't seem to have been able to repair all of the broken threads. |
