Lyr Req: Crumpet for you

I've been searching for the full lyrics and artist of these few lines. I reckon it must come from late 60s early 70s.

Crumpet for you, crumpet for me, crumpet for supper and crumpet for tea

And then later:

As long as they're hot and they're not over done

That's as much as I can remember. Any ideas, pointers or help gratefully received. It has been suggested that it might have been an advert but I'm sure not. It may have been done by something like the Bonzo dog doodah band as I'm sure it was kind of humerous or maybe full of double entendre of which I was unaware, being just a kid!

Gracenote lists 32 songs that have "Crumpet" in the title. (Click the link to see the list.) Do any of them look familiar?

Thanks Jim. I can't say as any are familiar, but it was so long ago I don't really have that much of a memory of it to recognise any of it. I just have those strange lyrics in my head!
