Sorry..I am at work and don't have time to check..anyway, I was reading on Mercola.com...someone I basically trust but decide for yourselves..that in MS there are abnormally low rates of Vitamin D found in blood..recommends lots of sunshine rather than supplements..same in rheumatoid arthrtiis. mg |
