Finished my "Dusty Ol' Denim" CD a while back, thanks to the superb production and musical abilities of Paul Mills, at the Millstream studios, Toronto.
This is by far , the best project I have done in a good while and a definate pleasure from the git go.
Check out details at
www.glenreid.com

The concert is hosted by the Acoustic Harvest Folk Club
Sat, Oct. 27, 7:30 PM
St Nicholas Anglican Church
Kingston Rd and Warden, Toronto.

On stage with me will be father and son, Paul and Trevor Mills on guitar , Mandolin and bass.
If you are in town, come on out and enjoy the acoustics.
Cheers, Glen

Ah, yes! Some wonderful songs on that disc! And artfully recorded at
Millstream Studios ! Good job Glen ! He not only plays them, check out the instruments he CREATES! Ask Emmy Lou and others..they play them! He is a music teacher, too. I plan to include "Bend in the River" in an upcoming radio show...where I will feature songs about rivers.

Rick Fielding recorded a few of his songs and had planned to record more. He didn't praise lightly and he had many good things to say about Glen's songs. Heather still has Rick's mando-thingie made by Glen and I get to play it when I'm there. Lovely instrument, with the action so sweet it seems to play itself. (It doesn't know very many tunes or chords though.)

Glen, perhaps you don't want to plug the CD, but consider this a request: How does one get this?

Thanks for the kind words Jen. So far the only way to market these things is by snail mail.
A cheque for $20 to me , including your address, at 709 Royston Rd, Burk's Falls, Ont. Canada P0A 1C0
and I'll have one to you , pronto.
PS I recorded Rick's song "Sing With The Angels" on this cd and of course will be performing it along with the others on Sat, night.
Cheers Glen
