Wow, that's a lot in such a short time. Have fun and good luck. WyoWoman is in the KC area. I have her email addy. If you'd like it, just PM me. As far as I know she's still doing a lot of performing with her band.

Thanks Kat...All the Woody Guthrie shows are 35-40 mins long and I have two hours in between each show.....So I have to kind of pace myself.....It a challenge I look forward to.....They're having tornado warnings there right now. I hope they pass before I arrive.....Frank of Toledo

We're a bit far out to be much help. Wichita is about 140 miles from Coffeyville, and 200 miles from KC - and there's not a lot going on here. There's a lot more activity in the areas you'll be in.

(Jed Marum was in town not too long ago, so he might be able to fill you in on the dearth of music in Wichita.)

Aside from WyoWoman, as kat indicated, the only 'catter we know for sure is from the KC area is Gary T, but I don't recall seeing him posting recently. (Lin says maybe he got a life? - seems doubtful.)

You'd like his music, I should think, but I don't have a contact number to pass on.

John

Answered your PM with WyoWoman's info, Frank. She might know how to reach Gary. I see the last time he posted was last November, so it might be worth a PM to him...maybe he lurks?

Sure sounds like fun!
